Pinnacles Head Start.
 
From the top of the Pinnacles you can see both sides of the Coromandel Peninsula.  Most  trampers choose to do the 5 hour climb up one day, stay at the modern Department of Conservation "hut" that night, and enjoy the final climb to the top early in the morning when the light is majic, before hiking back down that day.  Our Pinnacles Head Start package lets you get a luxury start on your hike with a night's accommodation the night before  at The Heights, plus a light dinner that night.  The next morning our gourmet breakfast will set you up for your climb.  The package also includes accommodation for two at the DOC hut (modern dormitory-style accommodation), plus the fixings for lunch, a BBQ dinner, and breakfast the next morning.

Experience New Zealand's outdoor lifestyle.  Combine one night's stay at The Heights with our gourmet Kiwi BBQ, served on our garden deck (weather permitting, of course.)  Enjoy a selection of grilled meats, gourmet salads (from fresh greens from our garden when in season), plus Phil's famous homemade ice cream.  What could be more Kiwi?

Spring into Spring

Spring is a lovely time to visit the Coromandel, with everything in bloom.  The weather is warming and although there's rain, it doesn't last long.  Our mid-week spring special means that if you stay a minimum of three nights Sunday through Thursday, you pay only for two.  Includes breakfast and GST.  Offer is available August through October, reservations required.  Just type "Spring into Spring" in the Comments section of the reservation form.
